As Chile’s national holidays come to a close and spring begins, CSAV highlights the work of the teachers and teachers’ aides at Padre André Coindre School.

In a meeting with teachers and teachers’ aides from Padre André Coindre School in San Antonio, Compañía Sud Americana de Vapores wanted to recognize the workers for the work they do every day with the children.

To close Chile’s national holidays and celebrate the beginning of spring, teachers and teachers’ aides were honored, recognizing their leading role in the educational pathway of every child in the school, who are also in a situation of vulnerability.

The children also wanted to surprise their teachers and aides who support them on this educational journey, so they dedicated a traditional dance known as pie de cueca to them and shared the not-to-be-missed empanadas.
