Santiago, September 5, 2024 | Compañía Sud Americana de Vapores informs that its German subsidiary, CSAV Germany Container Holding, has signed a bilateral shareholders’ agreement with Kühne Maritime under the same control principle and the same dividend policy in the shareholders’ agreement currently in force, which expires on December 31, 2026. The new agreement will take effect on January 1, 2027, for an initial period of 4 years.

Extending this alliance with Kühne Maritime will ensure the stability of Hapag-Lloyd’s corporate governance beyond the term of the current agreement and address with renewed dynamism the challenges that lie ahead in the coming years, so as to continue the good work done so far.
